The Aggies’ biggest concern is its defense. A&M has shown itself to be prone to big gains, giving up five plays of 20 yards or longer against Sam Houston State, including 65- and 78-yard touchdowns.

Alabama’s Amari Cooper and T.J. Yeldon were kept relatively quiet against Virginia Tech, but the two home run threats are capable of breaking one off any time they touch the ball. That’s not even mentioning Christion Jones, who had a touchdown catch and scored on a kick return and a punt return in the opener. The already-vulnerable Aggies may be spread too thin to contain multiple big plays.
